Open Enrollment Period for the 2008 Plan Year will begin on Wednesday, October 10 and end on Friday, November 9, 2007 . Please read any and all material that is mailed to you from your Human Resource and Payroll Office.

IMPORTANT PROCESS FOR OPEN ENROLLMENT:

All employees will need to log-on to a new web site to complete their full Open Enrollment process. There will be a Web portal-landing page coming soon, www.gabenefits.org, for employees to access Flexible Benefits and Health Benefits information. Employees will click on the Flexible Benefits icon to be directed to the Flexible Benefits enrollment page. Employees can either click on the Health Benefits icon to be directed to the Health Benefits enrollment page or can access the Health site directly by typing in the web address, www.oe2008.ga.gov. The site will be up from 12:01 a.m. on Wednesday, October 10, 2007 through 4 p.m. on Friday, November 9, 2007 .

The system generated 2008 Open Enrollment Confirmation Statements will be printed immediately after the Open Enrollment and mailed out soon afterwards.
