The Cherokee Judicial Circuit is debuting a crime victims awareness quilt during National Crime Victims Rights Week (April 13-19, 2008). The quilt, which was hand made by a local quilting guild, is being displayed in various locations throughout Gordon and Bartow Counties in hopes of raising community awareness to the plight of victims as well as victim rights. The quilt will be displayed throughout the year in various other locations.
