In Honor of Victims' Rights Week in Chatham County, Savannah resident Haley O'Hayer, age 15, wrote a children's book on grief and presented it to Chatham Victim-Witness Assistance Program and Hospice Savannah on April 23 during the start of Crime Victims' Rights Week.  Haley's older brother was murdered in 2002 and this gift of books was a Girl Scout Gold Award project and a tribute to her brother. The family is working to find a national publisher.
