Assistant Solicitor General
The Spalding County Solicitor General’s Office has an opening for an Assistant Solicitor General (ASG) to prosecute misdemeanor offenses in the State Court of Spalding County.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, investigating and preparing cases for trial and representing the State of Georgia in all stages of criminal court proceedings.
Preferred Qualifications: Must have a Juris Doctorate and be a member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.
