Virtual Summer Conference 2020: Week Five – Agenda

August 10th from 10-12PM | Session One: Case Law by Kryss Roch, Mikaela Henderson, and Sam dEntremont

August 11th from 10-11AM | Session Two: Ethics by Joyette M. Holmes

August 12th from 10-11AM | Session Three: Professionalism by Cheveda McCamy

This track is open to prosecutors and law enforcement and offers up to 4 CLE / 2 POST credit hours. Case Law Update is the only session to offer POST credits. All sessions will offer CLE credits: total of 4 general, 1 ethics, and 1 professionalism credit for the whole track.

CLE and POST: All forms will be sent on Monday, August 10th after the first session.

CLE: Please note the CLE credit will fall under the in-house/self-study rule. A webinar falls in the same category as a video review. The supreme Court of Georgia allowed ALL 2020 CLE hours to be completed by approved in-house or distance learning seminars. The deadline for this is March 31, 2021. For more information on this rule, please click HERE.

POST: We are excited to now offer POST credit through webinars! In order to receive POST credit for this webinar, you must listen to the webinar live not review the recorded version. We are asked to take attendance at the start and the end of the session to show who is on the call. You must sign in with your first and last name to receive credit and be present for the entire webinar.

Advocate: Due to the nature of this content, there will be no advocate credit given.
