The Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council of Georgia (PAC) is presenting its Basic Litigation Bootcamp at the Georgia Public Safety Training Center in Forsyth, Georgia. The purpose of the Basic Litigation Course is to train and educate new prosecutors with a significant emphasis on the development of “Theory” and “Theme” based prosecution. PAC will accept students to attend this course which will begin at 8:30 AM on Saturday, June 8 and end at 8:00 PM on Thursday, June 13. The six-day course is in lecture, demonstration and practical exercise format with a bench trial on Wednesday, June 12 and a jury trial on Thursday, June 13.
