The Asset Forfeiture for Law Enforcement webinar will consists of two seperate sessions, both sessions on June 1, 2020.
Monday, June 1, 2020
Part one: 9AM-11AM
Part two: 1PM-2PM
Part two will consist of disposition, distribution and reporting. You do not have to attend both sessions, but you are welcome to. The same link will be used for both sessions. We’ll leave additional time for questions at the end of each sessions. The webinar will be geared towards law enforcement, but prosecutors are invited to attend as well.

- What can and can’t be Seized
- The Procedures Required to Pursue Asset Forfeiture
- The Distribution of Forfeited Assets
- The Lawful Purposes to which Forfeited Assets may be used
- The Reporting Requirements for Law Enforcement and District Attorneys
