The Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council of Georgia invites prosecutors and law enforcement to attend the Evaluation & Preparation of the DUI Case Webinar on Tuesday, May 5, 2020 from 10:00am to 11:00am. It offers 1 CLE and/or POST hour.Description of Training:
What can prosecutors do to effectively prepare a DUI case? Better stated: What steps does the defense attorney use to analyze the State’s case for weaknesses? This webinar will focus upon the process of information that all DUI cases share, and will provide prosecutors with a few tips to identify any areas of legitimate – not wishful defense thinking – concern.
