Hearsay evidence plays an essential role in completing the story of a crime. In domestic violence cases, this evidence is critical for corroborating a victim’s account or establishing facts if that victim does not testify. This course will outline the procedures for admitting hearsay evidence under Georgia law using the most recent court decisions.
