One-Day Juvenile Prosecutor Training

The Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council of Georgia invites prosecutors and law enforcement to attend the One-Day Juvenile Training being held at the Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council, located at 1590 Adamson Parkway Morrow, GA. The training will be held on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 from 8:30am to 3:45pm. It offers up to 6 CLE hours. POST hours are not offered for this course.
Topics of the Training will include:
– Designated Felony Prosecutions
– Arrows in the Quiver (juvenile cases)
– Marsy’s Law
– How to Conduct a Full Restitution Hearing
– Transfers to Superior Court
