Ms. Sarah Pederson, SANE nurse with the CJCC, and Major Jay Eisner with DeKalb County PD will present on Responding to Non-Fatal Strangulation. Major Eisner will give a LE perspective while Sarah will focus on the medical response and recognizing the signs/symptoms. This webinar will give an enhanced investigation and medical response to strangulation through understanding the screening questions, signs and symptoms, and best techniques for evidence collection and photography.
