Statement from Executive Director Peter J. Skandalakis

Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 15-18-6, I have been designated District Attorney Pro Tempore by the Attorney General to handle the Fulton County case, the State of Georgia v. Devin Brosnan and Garrett Rolfe. I and my agency will conduct a thorough review of the facts and circumstances surrounding this case and, as with any case that comes before us, we will proceed where the evidence leads us. We recognize that the community is eager for a resolution and we ask for patience as we begin our work.

Pursuant to Rule 3.8 of the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct, we are unable to release any further information at this time. Future updates will be made available on our website and social media.
