Assistant Solicitor General
The Bulloch County Solicitor-General’s Office has an opening for an Assistant Solicitor-General.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: The prosecution of misdemeanor and traffic violations in the State Court of Bulloch County (Statesboro, GA); the investigation and preparation of cases for trial, including representing the State in all stages of court proceedings; and performing additional tasks relating to the function of the department as assigned by the Solicitor.
Preferred Qualifications: Juris Doctorate Degree required. Must be registered as a member of the Georgia State Bar Association or 3rd Year Practice Act eligible. Must possess a valid Georgia driver’s license.
