Assistant District Attorney
The District Attorney’s Office in the Toombs Judicial Circuit has an opening for an Assistant District Attorney. The six county Toombs Circuit covers Lincoln, Wilkes, Taliaferro, Warren, Glascock and McDuffie Counties. Our area is experiencing accelerated growth due to the proximity of Fort Eisenhower and the overall expansion of cybersecurity in the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA). Our region provides a wide variety of recreational opportunities including road, mountain and gravel cycling, boating, paddle sports, horses, golf and hunting and fishing. We are a family-oriented office looking for employees who want to make this area home.
An Assistant District Attorney in this office should expect immediate courtroom and appellate responsibilities.

Minimum qualifications: Member of State Bar of Georgia. Graduating law students and those who are preparing for the July bar exam are welcome to apply. However, due to PAC rules, offers to such persons would be contingent upon bar passage.
Salary Range: State Scale plus supplement
