ARIDE | An Overview for Prosecutors – Dallas

The Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council of Georgia, in cooperation with the Georgia Governor’s Office of Highway Safety is excited to present: Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (ARIDE) for Prosecutors in Dallas, Georgia!

While the ARIDE curriculum prepares law enforcement for drugged-driving investigations, ARIDE (An Overview for Prosecutors) has been developed especially for prosecutors to better understand the level of training that Law Enforcement have in this area. The procedures outlined in this program describe how the various roadside tests are to be properly administered.

This course will give prosecutors a wider spectrum of questions to ask ARIDE trained officers in court.

This is a FREE training session open to prosecutors only. 6 hours of CLE credits will be offered.
