Crimes Against Children Conference 2025
The Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council of Georgia invites you to attend the 2025 Crimes Against Children Conference. The conference will be dedicated to the prevention, investigation, and prosecution of crimes against children.
Attendance | Registration and attendance at this Conference is limited to attorneys and investigators who are employed by a District Attorney, a Solicitor-General, the Attorney General or a United States Attorney. Representatives of law enforcement agencies and retired prosecuting attorneys who are not engaged in the private practice of criminal law may register and attend if space is available. Trainings are not open to the public. This course is only approved for POST and CLE credit at this time.
Tentative Topics | Medical Findings in Child Physical Abuse Cases, Investigation Techniques, Medical Evals in Sexual Abuse Cases, Jury Selection, 702 Challenges, Pediatric Forensic Pathology, Defending the Forensic Interview at Trial, Opening Statements & Closing Arguments, and more! Ethics and Professionalism credits are under review for approval!
