DUI Evidence Presentation & Testimony
In 2023, Georgia had 1,491 fatal crashes that resulted in 1615 traffic fatalities. More than one out of every four fatal crashes (26%) involved at least one driver that had a BAC of 0.08+g/dL, and 10% involved at least one drugged driver. Twenty-seven percent (27%) of all traffic fatalities that occurred on Georgia roadways were alcohol-related. Successfully investigating and prosecuting Impaired Driving and vehicular homicide cases require that all law enforcement work, train, and learn together. This FREE training session is specifically designed to bring together police officers and prosecutors in your area to learn and discuss the latest strategies and techniques for investigating and prosecuting DUI and related offenses that occur in your jurisdiction.
4 CLE and/or POST hours are offered. Unfortunately, reimbursements are not offered for this class.
The 4 HOUR TRAINING SESSION INCLUDES: SFST Review, DUI Report writing, DUI Case Law Update, DUI Testimony training.
