Reporting of Forfeited Assets – Webinar
Please join us for our Reporting of Forfeited Assets training. This 2-hour session will focus solely on the distribution and disposition of forfeited assets with particular attention given to the annual reporting requirement of the Uniform Civil Forfeiture Procedure Act. Although geared towards law enforcement, prosecutors are welcome to attend. Asset Forfeiture Expert, Gary Bergman, will also offer a detailed Q&A session so please bring your questions!
