Administrative Operations Manager
The District Attorney’s Office in the Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit has an opening for an Administrative Operations Manager. This position is paid by the City of Columbus. The following duties are normal for this position; other duties may be required and assigned:
• Personnel management, including time keeping, payroll, onboarding, and separation
• Overseeing the planning and implementation of the budget of the Office of the District Attorney, including expenditures and deposits
• Ordering and maintaining office supplies and overseeing information technology purchases including updating of equipment and programming
Minimum Qualifications: must be a citizen of the United States, have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Managerial experience including experience in payroll and personnel preferred. All candidates are subject to a background check. Applicants selected for hire will be subject to fingerprinting, a criminal history background check, a motor vehicle driver’s history check and pre-employment drug screening; employment is contingent upon the completion and satisfactory results of each investigation.
