Assistant Attorney General
The Coweta County Solicitor General’s Office has an opening for an Assistant Solicitor General.
The ASG handles all stages of misdemeanor prosecution. This includes, but is not limited to, reviewing case files, drafting accusations, performing legal research, interviewing witnesses, representing the State at arraignment, motions hearings, bench trials, jury trials and appeals.
Applicants must be a member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.
Preferred Qualifications: Displayed interest in prosecution.
