Discovery is an important aspect of a prosecutor’s practice. A violation of discovery rules will imperil convictions and reduce trust in the justice system. This webinar will review the prosecutor’s discovery obligations found in state statutes, covering the differences between felony and misdemeanor cases in Georgia. We will also explore federal and state case law regarding constitutional due process obligations under Brady and Giglio.
