Elder Abuse Training – Dallas

Elder Abuse is a widespread, under-reported issue in our state. This training is designed to provide practical information that will aid in the investigation and prosecution of elder abuse cases. Attendees will leave this training with a better understanding of the issues surrounding elder abuse as well as strategies for how to effectively investigate and prosecute these cases.

  • Responding to At-Risk Adult Abuse
  • Financial Crimes
  • Prosecuting Elder & Disabled Adult Cases
  • Alzheimer’s and Dementia and How to Respond
  • And more!

This is an in-person training and there will not be a webinar option. It offers 6 CLE and POST hours and 4 Victim Advocate hours. Training is not open to the public. Please register to attend.

Reimbursement: The only reimbursements that will be offered are to the staff of the District Attorney’s Offices and Solicitor-General’s Office if their Elected approves of the travel.
