Our role at PAC is to support Georgia’s prosecution community, and we do that in many ways including providing Basic Litigation annually to help prepare new prosecutors for the courtroom.
This week is packed with practical information, hands-on exercises, and opportunities to learn from experienced faculty and presenters. It’s also a great opportunity to connect with fellow prosecutors from across the state and build a network that can support you throughout your career.
We know you’re going to be great prosecutors. Our goal is simply to give you additional knowledge, tools, and confidence as you begin this new journey.
Basic Litigation is open to new Assistant District Attorneys (ADAs) and Assistant Solicitors-General (ASGs) throughout Georgia with fewer than four years of experience. Please note that this course is not open to municipal court prosecutors.
