Leading Teams: Aligning People, Purpose, and Performance

CLE / POST / ADVOCATE

Each course of The Guardian’s Ascent is approved for up to 16 CLE / POST / Advocate Credits. For attorneys, CLE fees are not included in the registration fee. Course Three will offer 1 Ethics CLE. For Chiefs, 8 Hours of Executive Credit Available. You must submit your form for credit within 21-days of the course date. A Certificate of Attendance will be provided to attendees by Guardian Leadership.

The Guardian’s Ascent: Leading Teams is Course Three in The Guardian’s Ascent, a four-part leadership development program designed to strengthen leaders at every level. Each course builds upon the last—expanding your capacity to lead yourself, inspire others, elevate teams, and shape organizations. Graduates who complete all four courses earn the Guardian’s Ascent Leadership Award, a recognition of mastery across the full leadership journey. Each course has its own registration and fee. You are not required to attend all the courses unless you’d like to receive the Guardian’s Ascent Leadership Award.

Registration: This course is open to prosecutors, law enforcement, advocates, and office staff who are currently in a leadership role. There is a $225.00 registration fee. All registration fees must be paid or postmarked no later than Friday, August 21st at 12 PM. Please note… If your registration fee is not paid by this date, your registration will be canceled. If you paid your registration fee and can no longer attend this training, the registration refund cut-off date is Friday, August 21st at 12 PM.

Reimbursement: Reimbursement of attendees is based on the availability of state funds for that purpose. For District Attorney personnel, reimbursements come from the approved Judicial Circuit travel budget. Employees of Solicitors-General offices are eligible for up to $500 reimbursement per Fiscal year. Employees of other agencies are not eligible for reimbursement by PAC. PAC does not reimburse registration fees. Please review the reimbursement policy here.
