An important change to how employees will enroll in the State of Georgia 401(k) and 457 Plans has been put in place. Instead of employees completing enrollment forms and submitting them to the payroll or personnel office they will need to call the PSR Information Line at 1-866-MY-GA-PSR (1-866-694-2777) and speak to a Participant Service Representative, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., except on most New York Stock Exchange holidays. Participant representatives will be able to enroll the employees into the plan(s).
The enrollment information provided to the PSR representatives will be automatically fed back to the Human Resources/Payroll Office.
Employees hired since 12/15/2006 and who have been entered into the payroll system, should be able to enroll into either plan (or both) via the website:
Current employees who wish to enroll in the plan(s) may also use the website and request a PIN. Once the PIN is received you will be able to enroll online just like a new employee and the deferral information will be fed back to payroll in the same manner. Current employees with balances in either plan should have already received a PIN number. Any changes you wish to make to the plan(s)must also be done by web or over the phone to a CitiStreet representative.
